You agree to provide accurate scheduling, contact, traveler, and payment information.

Fees, cancellation requirements, rescheduling terms, and refund eligibility may vary by service. The terms displayed on the applicable service or booking page will apply to that appointment or engagement.

Except where otherwise stated, failure to attend a scheduled appointment or provide required information may result in forfeiture of the applicable fee.

11. Travel Insurance Information and Services

Travel insurance information provided through thePointsPage is general in nature and does not guarantee that any policy or benefit will apply to a particular loss.

Insurance policies contain definitions, conditions, exclusions, benefit limits, eligibility requirements, and claim procedures. Coverage is determined exclusively by the issued policy and the insurer responsible for administering the policy and evaluating any claim.

Requesting a quote, completing an intake form, using an insurance comparison tool, or scheduling a consultation does not create insurance coverage.

12. Affiliate, Referral, and Advertising Relationships

When you intentionally submit content for public display, you grant thePointsPage a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, format, and distribute that content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the website and related communities.

Marketing emails and newsletters may include a method to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing from marketing messages may not prevent receipt of service, security, payment, or other transactional communications.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to your use of the free website and its free resources will not exceed $100.

For a paid service, our total liability relating to that service will not exceed the amount you paid directly to thePointsPage for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

32. No Waiver

A failure or delay by thePointsPage in enforcing a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, transfer of the website, or similar business transaction.

34. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with applicable service terms, booking confirmations, and the policies linked below, constitute the entire agreement relating to your use of the website and its services.
